WHAT WE DO
For more than 25 years, YES_PROJEKT GmbH has realized project developments in Berlin, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt alone and with partners with a total of more than 3.000 residential units and offices complexes.
Each project is subject to a thorough, detailed examination - due diligence - of all essential physical characteristics (land history, soil qualities, contamination problems etc.) and legal requirements. In particular the examination of the building law possibilities to optimize the added values in the interpretation of building law.
In addition to our own project development and the consulting in major projects, we have a significant number of Real estate sales realized for clients and thereby accompanied all transaction procedures.
For all sales, we use our direct contacts to investors, to whom we have had trusting contacts for many years. We work without public or online platforms and without ads. We directly establish the contacts between seller and investor.
Consulting and planning services
With our long-term partners we can map the entire range of services of planning law and architecture (also based on BIM) as well as project management / project management. There are sufficient resources to accompany large projects.
