Since 1999, together with our partners, we have driven the development and sale of renewable energy projects (photovoltaics in Germany, Spain, Great Britain, France, Italy and Poland etc.).

Project developments in various technologies accompanied and later founded with partners the GreenVolt Group, which has ultimately focused mainly on the acquisition and marketing of photovoltaic and wind projects.

In Germany, we have cooperated with various agricultural cooperatives, including the agricultural cooperatives Marzahna, AG Bernsdorf, AG Weißig, AG Frauendorf, etc.
In total, we have acquired and developed approx. 60 MW - of which more than 16 MW roofs - in Germany for our partners such as Chorus, Stadtwerke München, Münster, etc., ENN, HPPL, Obton and others.

All projects and installation works are supervised by our architects.
We advised companies such as Moserbear, Hindustanpower and others on various projects and supported them sustainably in project development (planning law, procurement of easements, etc.)
We work together with very experienced solos for the installation.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for our partners and investors
• Roofs from 2,000 m² up to any size
• Land from 4.000 m² up to 40 ha for outdoor installations
At roofs
• we cover the costs of checking whether the roof surfaces are suitable (statics), the negotiations or applications with the local energy supplier regarding the grid connection and the procurement of easements that are required if the management of third-party land or public roads ( Country, Federation ...) must be led.
• You receive the lease from the power sale for the term of the lease plus option period - the payment of a one-off lease is also possible
• ailing roofs are renewed by us
• Lease term of 20 years plus options of 2 x 5 years
OWN POWER
Alternatively, we will make you an offer for self-supply.
Land
Sizes from 5,000 m² to 1.2 ha for outdoor use (750 kWp)
Sizes from 10 to 50 ha - for outdoor installations (PPA)
